We recognize that in order to fulfil our mission, we must dismantle disparities and work to engage residents and community members, especially those whose voices have traditionally been marginalized. Historically, United Way has been a leader in combining efforts of individuals of many backgrounds and we will continue that commitment. By working together and by denouncing discrimination we will fulfil our mission and strengthen our community.
